WOULD YOU EAT THIS GARLIC BUTTER STEAK AND POTATOES

OMG DON’T LOSE THIS RECIPE! This hearty dish pairs juicy, pan-seared steak bites with golden, crispy potatoes, all coated in a mouthwatering garlic butter sauce. Itβs the ultimate comfort meal!
Ingredients:
1 lb steak (ribeye, sirloin, or your preferred cut), cut into bite-sized cubes
1 lb baby potatoes, halved or quartered
4 tbsp butter, divided
2 tbsp olive oil
5 cloves garlic, minced
Salt and pepper, to taste
1 tsp fresh rosemary, chopped
1 tsp fresh thyme, chopped
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions:
Cook the Potatoes: In a large skillet over medium heat, add 1 tbsp butter and 1 tbsp olive oil. Once melted, add potatoes, cut side down. Season with salt and pepper. Cook for 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally, until golden and tender. Transfer to a plate and set aside.
Sear the Steak: In the same skillet, add another tbsp of olive oil. Season steak cubes with salt and pepper, then add to the skillet. Cook for 3-4 minutes until browned on each side for medium-rare, or adjust cooking time for desired doneness. Remove steak from skillet and set aside.
Make Garlic Butter Sauce: In the same skillet, lower the heat and add remaining 3 tbsp of butter. Once melted, add minced garlic, rosemary, and thyme. Cook for 1-2 minutes until garlic is fragrant.
Combine and Coat: Return steak and potatoes to the skillet, tossing to coat in the garlic butter sauce. Let everything warm through for a minute.
Serve: Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot with a side of crusty bread or salad for a complete meal.
Helpful Tip: For extra flavor, add a squeeze of lemon juice to the garlic butter sauce before serving!πβ€οΈ
