Surf and Turf Alfredo Pasta

Ingredients:
• 8 oz fettuccine or pasta of choice
• 1/2 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
• 1/2 lb steak, cubed
• 2 tablespoons olive oil
• 3 cloves garlic, minced
• 1 cup heavy cream
• 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
• 1/4 teaspoon paprika
• Salt and pepper, to taste
• Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Directions:
1️⃣ Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
2️⃣ Heat 1 tablespoon olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Season steak cubes with salt, pepper, and paprika, then sear until browned and cooked to your preference. Remove and set aside.
3️⃣ In the same skillet, add another tablespoon of olive oil. Season shrimp with salt and paprika, and sauté until pink and fully cooked. Remove and set aside.
4️⃣ Reduce heat to medium. Add garlic to the skillet and sauté until fragrant. Stir in heavy cream, scraping up any browned bits from the bottom of the pan.
5️⃣ Slowly add Parmesan cheese, whisking until the sauce is smooth. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
6️⃣ Toss the cooked pasta in the Alfredo sauce until evenly coated. Add the cooked steak and shrimp on top.
7️⃣ Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm.
