Steak with Garlic Cream Sauce

Ingredients:
For the steak:
2 boneless beef steaks (ribeye or sirloin)
Salt and pepper, to taste
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp butter 🧈
For the garlic cream sauce:
1 tbsp butter 🧈
4 garlic cloves, minced πŸ§„
1 cup heavy cream πŸ₯›
Β½ cup beef broth πŸ–
1 tsp Dijon mustard
ΒΌ cup grated Parmesan cheese πŸ§€
Salt and pepper, to taste
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish) 🌿
Instructions:
1️⃣ Season the steaks with salt and pepper on both sides. Let them rest at room temperature for 15 minutes. πŸ•’
