Shrimp Po’ Boy Sandwich 🦐🥪

Ingredients:
• 200g shrimp
• ½ cup flour + Cajun seasoning
• 1 egg
• Sub rolls
• Lettuce, tomato, remoulade sauce

Instructions:
1. Dredge shrimp in egg then seasoned flour.
2. Fry until golden.
3. Toast rolls, spread remoulade.
4. Add lettuce, tomato, shrimp. Serve hot.
