**Seafood Symphony Wrapped in Salmon

Ingredients: 4 large salmon fillets 1/2 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined 1/2 lb scallops 1/4 cup cream cheese, softened 2 tbsp fresh dill, chopped 1 lemon, sliced Salt and pepper to taste Instructions: Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). In a bowl, mix shrimp, scallops, cream cheese, and fresh dill. Season the mixture with salt and pepper. Slice each salmon fillet lengthwise to create a pocket. Stuff the seafood mixture into the salmon pockets. Place lemon slices on top and season the salmon with salt and pepper. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until salmon is cooked through.
