Seafood Boil (Garlic Butter Style)

Ingredients:
Seafood & Add-ins:
1 lb snow crab legs
1 lb large shrimp (peeled & deveined, tail on)
1 lb smoked sausage (cut into chunks)
4 red potatoes (halved)
2 ears corn (cut into 3 pieces each)
4 boiled eggs (peeled)
Boil Seasoning:
4 tbsp Old Bay seasoning
1 tbsp Cajun seasoning (or to taste)
1 lemon (halved)
2 bay leaves
6 cups water
Garlic Butter Sauce:
2 sticks (1 cup) unsalted butter
6 cloves garlic (minced)
1 tbsp Cajun seasoning
1 tbsp lemon pepper seasoning
1 tsp smoked paprika
1 tbsp hot sauce (optional)
1 tbsp chopped parsley
1 tbsp lemon juice
Instructions:
Boil the Add-ins:
In a large pot, add water, Old Bay, Cajun seasoning, bay leaves, and lemon halves.
Bring to a boil, add potatoes and cook for 10 minutes.
Add corn and sausage, boil another 5-7 minutes until potatoes are tender.
Add the Seafood:
Add shrimp and crab legs. Boil for 4–5 minutes, until shrimp turn pink and crab is heated through.
Add boiled eggs in the last 2 minutes to warm them.
Make the Garlic Butter Sauce:
In a saucepan, melt butter. Add garlic and sauté 1–2 minutes.
Stir in Cajun seasoning, lemon pepper, paprika, hot sauce, lemon juice, and parsley. Simmer 3–5 minutes.
Assemble the Platter:
Drain the boil and transfer everything to a large tray.
Pour the garlic butter sauce generously over the top.
Sprinkle with extra parsley and Cajun seasoning if desired.
