Shrimp Boil with Sausage, Corn, and Stuffing πŸ€πŸŒ½πŸ—

A one-pot crowd-pleaser full of bold flavors and comfort!

Ingredients:
β€’ 1 lb large shrimp, shell-on or peeled
β€’ 12 oz smoked sausage, sliced into chunks
β€’ 4 ears of corn, cut into thirds
β€’ 1 lb baby potatoes (red or yellow), halved
β€’ 1 lemon, sliced
β€’ 4 tbsp Old Bay seasoning (or Cajun seasoning)
β€’ 4 tbsp butter
β€’ 1 box cornbread stuffing mix (plus water/butter per package instructions)
β€’ Optional: garlic cloves, bay leaves, hot sauce, parsley for garnish
Instructions:
1. Boil the base
In a large pot, bring water to a boil (enough to cover all ingredients). Add Old Bay seasoning, lemon slices, garlic, and bay leaves if using.
2. Cook the potatoes and corn
Add potatoes and cook for 10–12 minutes. Add corn and cook 5 more minutes.
3. Add sausage and shrimp
Add sliced sausage and shrimp. Boil 3–5 minutes until shrimp are pink and cooked through. Drain everything well.
4. Prepare the stuffing
While the boil is cooking, prepare the cornbread stuffing according to the box instructions.
5. Serve it up
Spread stuffing on a large platter or tray, pile the shrimp, sausage, corn, and potatoes over it. Drizzle with melted butter and garnish with parsley and lemon wedges.
