1. Poached Salmon with Hollandaise Sauce ππ

Ingredients:
β’ 2 salmon fillets
β’ 1 tsp vinegar
β’ Hollandaise sauce (store-bought or homemade)
β’ Lemon wedges
Steps:
1. Poach salmon in gently simmering water with vinegar for 10β12 min.
2. Remove and rest.
3. Warm Hollandaise sauce.
4. Spoon over salmon and serve with veg.
