Ingredients:
β€’ 2 salmon fillets
β€’ 1 tsp vinegar
β€’ Hollandaise sauce (store-bought or homemade)
β€’ Lemon wedges

Steps:
1. Poach salmon in gently simmering water with vinegar for 10–12 min.
2. Remove and rest.
3. Warm Hollandaise sauce.
4. Spoon over salmon and serve with veg.
