1. Poached Salmon with Hollandaise Sauce 🐟🍋

Ingredients:
• 2 salmon fillets
• 1 tsp vinegar
• Hollandaise sauce (store-bought or homemade)
• Lemon wedges

Steps:
1. Poach salmon in gently simmering water with vinegar for 10–12 min.
2. Remove and rest.
3. Warm Hollandaise sauce.
4. Spoon over salmon and serve with veg.
