Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef
1/2 lb Italian sausage
1/2 cup pepperoni slices
1/2 cup cooked bacon bits
1 small onion, diced
2 cups marinara or pizza sauce
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp Italian seasoning
3 cups cooked penne or rotini pasta
2 cups shredded mozzarella
1/2 cup shredded cheddar (optional)
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a skillet, cook ground beef, sausage, and onions until browned. Drain excess grease.
Add pizza sauce, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and pepperoni. Simmer for 5 minutes.
Add cooked pasta and toss everything together.
Transfer to a greased casserole dish.
Top with mozzarella, cheddar, bacon bits, and extra pepperoni.
Bake uncovered for 20–25 minutes until bubbly and golden.
Rest for 5 minutes, then serve hot!
