Oyster Rockefeller 🦪🧈

Ingredients:
• 12 fresh oysters
• 2 tbsp butter
• Spinach, breadcrumbs, garlic
• Parmesan

Steps:
1. Shuck oysters, place on tray.
2. Sauté spinach and garlic in butter.
3. Spoon mix on oysters, top with crumbs & cheese.
4. Grill 5–7 min.
