2 cups cooked chicken (shredded or diced)
500g potato gnocchi
2 tbsp butter
1 tbsp olive oil
1 small onion (chopped)
3 cloves garlic (minced)
1 cup carrots (diced)
1 cup peas (fresh or frozen)
2 tbsp flour
2 cups chicken broth
1 cup heavy cream (or milk)
1 tsp thyme
1 tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper

Cook vegetables
