New England Clam Chowder 🍲🦪

Ingredients:
• 400g clams (chopped)
• 2 potatoes, diced
• 1 onion
• 1 cup cream
• 2 tbsp butter, 2 tbsp flour
• Bacon bits (optional)
Instructions:
1. Cook onion and butter, stir in flour.
2. Add potatoes, clams, 2 cups water. Simmer till soft.
3. Stir in cream.
4. Top with bacon if using, serve hot.
