🛒 Ingredients
🥩 Filling:
400g ground pork or chicken
2 cups shredded cabbage
1 cup shredded carrots
3 cloves garlic (minced)
1 tsp ginger (grated)
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tsp sesame oil
Salt & black pepper
🥟 Wrapping:
10 eggroll wrappers
1 egg (for sealing)
🍳 Frying:
Vegetable oil (for deep frying)
👨‍🍳 Instructions
1️⃣ Cook Filling
Heat a pan and cook ground meat until browned
Add garlic and ginger → sauté 1 minute
Stir in cabbage, carrots, soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil
Cook until vegetables are soft and moisture is gone
Let cool slightly
2️⃣ Roll Eggrolls
Place wrapper in diamond shape
Add filling in the center
Fold sides, roll tightly, and seal with beaten egg
3️⃣ Fry
Heat oil to 175°C
Fry eggrolls until golden brown and crispy (3–5 minutes)
Drain on paper towels
4️⃣ Serve
Serve hot with sweet chili sauce, soy sauce, or spicy mayo 🌶️
