Grilled Ribeye Steak

Ingredients:
2 ribeye steaks, 1-inch thick
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon fresh thyme leaves
Salt and pepper to taste
1 tablespoon butter (optional, for topping)
Directions:
Preheat the grill to high heat (around 450°F/232°C).
Brush the ribeye steaks with olive oil on both sides.
Season generously with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and fresh thyme.
Place the steaks on the grill and cook for 4-5 minutes per side for medium-rare, or longer for your desired doneness.
Remove steaks from the grill and let rest for 5 minutes to retain juices.
Optional: Top with a pat of butter for added richness before serving.
