Garlic Shrimp Caesar Wrap

Ingredients:
✅ ½ pound shrimp (peeled & deveined)
✅ 1 tbsp olive oil
✅ 2 cloves garlic (minced)
✅ ½ tsp salt
✅ ¼ tsp black pepper
✅ 2 cups romaine lettuce (chopped)
✅ ¼ cup Caesar dressing
✅ ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
✅ 2 large flour tortillas
✅ ¼ cup croutons (crushed)

Instructions:

1️⃣ Cook the Garlic Shrimp

Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
Add minced garlic and cook for 30 seconds until fragrant.
Add shrimp, salt, and black pepper. Sauté for 2-3 minutes per side until pink and opaque. Set aside.
2️⃣ Prepare the Filling

In a large bowl, toss chopped romaine lettuce with Caesar dressing, grated Parmesan cheese, and crushed croutons.
3️⃣ Assemble the Wraps

Lay out the flour tortillas.
Divide the Caesar salad mixture evenly between them.
Top each with cooked garlic shrimp.
4️⃣ Wrap & Serve

Fold in the sides of each tortilla and roll tightly into a wrap.
Slice in half and serve immediately.
