Creamy Garlic Steak and Shrimp

Ingredients:
2 steaks
1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Salt and pepper to taste
2 tbsp olive oil
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions:
Sear the Steaks: Begin by heating olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Season your steaks with salt and pepper, then sear them until both sides are browned and cooked to your desired doneness. Once done, remove from the skillet and set them aside.
Cook the Shrimp: In the same skillet, add shrimp and minced garlic. Sauté until the shrimp turn pink and opaque, which should take about 2-3 minutes. Remove the shrimp and garlic from the skillet and set aside with the steaks.
Prepare the Creamy Garlic Sauce: Lower the heat to low. Pour in the heavy cream and mix in the grated Parmesan cheese. Stir continuously until the sauce thickens, which should take 2-3 minutes. Taste the sauce and season it with salt and pepper as needed.
Combine Steak, Shrimp, and Sauce: Return both the steaks and shrimp to the skillet with the creamy sauce. Let everything heat through, ensuring that the shrimp and steak are coated with the delicious sauce.
Serve: Plate the creamy garlic steak and shrimp, and garnish with fresh parsley. Serve immediately, and enjoy the flavors!
