Ingredients:
β’ 200g arborio rice
β’ 150g crab meat
β’ 1 lemon (zest & juice)
β’ 750ml fish stock
β’ 1 tbsp butter
Steps:
1. Cook rice, adding stock slowly.
2. Stir constantly till creamy.
3. Add crab, lemon zest, and butter.
4. Rest 2 min, serve warm.
