Ingredients:
β€’ 200g arborio rice
β€’ 150g crab meat
β€’ 1 lemon (zest & juice)
β€’ 750ml fish stock
β€’ 1 tbsp butter

Steps:
1. Cook rice, adding stock slowly.
2. Stir constantly till creamy.
3. Add crab, lemon zest, and butter.
4. Rest 2 min, serve warm.
