π Crock Pot Chicken with Black Beans & Cream Cheese

Ingredients:
– 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
– 1 (15 oz) can black beans, drained and rinsed
– 1 (15 oz) can corn, drained
– 1 (16 oz) jar salsa
– 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened
Instructions:
1. Place the chicken breasts at the bottom of your crock pot.
2. Add the black beans, corn, and salsa, spreading them evenly over the chicken.
3. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours, or on high for 4 hours, until the chicken is tender and cooked through.
4. About 30 minutes before serving, add the softened cream cheese on top. Allow it to melt, then stir to combine with the sauce.
5. Shred the chicken with two forks and mix everything together. Serve warm over rice or with tortillas.
