🥧 1. Steak & Kidney Pie

Ingredients:
• 400g stewing beef
• 200g lamb kidney
• 1 onion, chopped
• 300ml beef stock
• Puff pastry, egg for glazing

Instructions:
1. Brown meat and kidney. Add onion and stock, simmer 1.5 hrs.
2. Transfer to dish, cover with pastry, and glaze.
3. Bake at 200°C for 30 min until golden.
