Tuna and Egg Salad

Ingredients:
* 1 can tuna, drained
* 1 cup chopped lettuce
* 1/2 cup chopped tomatoes
* 1/4 cup chopped cucumbers
* 1/4 cup canned corn
* 2 hard-boiled eggs, quartered
* 1/4 cup grated cheese (e.g., cheddar, Swiss)
* 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
* 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
* 1 tablespoon lemon juice
* Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
* Combine ingredients: In a large bowl, combine the tuna, lettuce, tomatoes, cucumbers, corn, hard-boiled eggs, and grated cheese.
* Make the dressing: In a small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
