📝 Ingredients
Steak
2 ribeye or sirloin steaks
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp garlic powder
Creamy Mushroom Sauce
2 tbsp butter
3 garlic cloves, minced
8 oz mushrooms, sliced
1 cup heavy cream
½ cup beef broth
½ cup Parmesan cheese
1 tsp thyme
Salt & pepper to taste
Sides
Mashed or roasted potatoes
Fresh salad greens, tomatoes, cucumber
👨‍🍳 Instructions

Season steaks with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
Heat oil in a skillet over high heat.
Sear steaks 3–4 minutes per side or until desired doneness.
Remove and rest.

In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic and mushrooms until golden.
Add beef broth and simmer briefly.
