Buttery Steak Bites and Eggs for Breakfast 🤯

Protein: ~45g per plate
Sizzling steak bites drenched in garlic butter, served with perfectly cooked eggs—this protein-packed breakfast brings steakhouse flavor to your morning.

Ingredients (serves 2):

For the Steak Bites:
• ¾ lb sirloin or ribeye steak (cut into bite-sized cubes)
• Salt & pepper
• 1 tbsp olive oil
• 2 tbsp butter
• 2 garlic cloves (minced)
• Optional: chopped parsley for garnish

For the Eggs:
• 4 eggs
• 1 tbsp butter or oil
• Salt & pepper to taste
• Optional: chili flakes or hot sauce

Instructions:
1. Season steak bites with salt and pepper. Heat oil in skillet over medium-high heat.
2. Sear steak bites for 2–3 min until browned and crusty. Lower heat, add butter and garlic. Toss to coat. Remove from heat.
3. In a separate pan, cook eggs to your preference (sunny-side up, over-easy, or scrambled).
4. Plate steak bites with eggs. Garnish with parsley or chili flakes if desired.
5. Serve hot with toast or avocado for extra fuel.
