Old post when the first time I cooked peppers 🌶 and onions 🧅

(I’ve come a long ways in cooking peppers and onions) in our Cosori Dual Blaze 6.8 quart.
Caramelized and very crispy; will never do on the stove or in the oven again.
Air fryer peppers and onions can be made as an easy healthy side dish or topping for sausages, pasta, tacos and more!
The air fryer makes it quick and easy to make these flavorful peppers and onions in half the time that it would take to make them in the oven or stove.
Makes the perfect topping for Italian sausages, brats, fajitas, or potatoes.
These work great as a low carb side dish or a meal prep side dish.
1. Slice the peppers and onions.
2. To a large bowl, add the sliced peppers and onions, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Gently toss until well coated.
3. Air fryer to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
4. Add the peppers and onions to the air fryer and shake the basket so the peppers and onions are in an even layer.
5. Cook for 8 minutes.
6. After 8 minutes, stir the peppers and onions.
7. Cook for another 8 minutes until the peppers and onions are tender.
8. Remove the peppers and onions from the air fryer, let cool, and enjoy!
REHEAT
Air fryer at 400 degrees Fahrenheit and heat for 2 to 3 minutes until warm.
